About Carly Donovan
I’ve built my career at the intersection of HR business partnering, people leadership, and recruiting - shaping teams through early stage startup growth, the rigor and momentum of an IPO, and the complexity of post-acquisition life at a larger tech company. I’ve worked across multiple phases of scale, but I’ve found my sweet spot in fast-moving enterprise SaaS environments, where there’s real impact and ambition paired with the challenge of getting it right for people.
