As the Chief of Operations for the Town of West Springfield, I am dedicated to ensuring that our municipal operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the continued growth and well-being of our community. My role allows me to work closely with local leaders, stakeholders, and teams to address key operational challenges while implementing innovative solutions that benefit residents and businesses alike.With a strong background in communications, I leverage my expertise to foster clear, transparent, and effective messaging for both internal teams and the public.
