I\'m a climate & blended finance expert with 17 years of experience designing and leading programs across Africa, Latin America, and Asia. I work at the intersection of business, public policy, and environmental systems—helping companies, multilateral banks, and governments deliver on climate and economic development goals. I am skilled in partnership building, business development, and communicating complex concepts to non-experts. Currently, I work at the World Bank Climate Investment Funds (CIF) as a Senior Advisor for Private Sector Investment. I led the drafting of CIF\'s new Private Sector Strategy, which aims to improve how the CIF mobilizes private capital into the Fund and how it deploys concessional finance in partner countries through the system of MDBs and DFIs. I also provide Private Investment support the Nature, People, and Climate (NPC) program (focused on nature-based solutions) and the new ARISE fund specializing in cross-sectoral resilience. Previously, I was a Senior Director in the Environment Practice at DAI, where I was hired to pivot a $340M portfolio toward blended finance and climate-aligned investment. To reposition the practice toward economic growth and sustainable finance, I rebuilt the team skill set and strategic positioning, leading to securing a $15M in agroforestry supply chain financing in SE Asia, a $24M climate-agriculture-biodiversity project in Madagascar, and initiating a new line of business with the Green Climate Fund (GCF).In Mozambique, I led a multi-year,$38M USAID policy reform program focused on agriculture, biodiversity, energy, water, and trade. I managed 30 staff and an $8M annual budget, helping create the country’s first energy regulator, design a sovereign wealth fund, and set up national systems to counter biodiversity crime and expand off-grid energy investment.Known for translating technical concepts into compelling strategies, I thrive in high-ambiguity environments and lead cross-functional teams to deliver climate-aligned investment solutions.

   Leads Private Investment Facilitation work for the Climate Investment Funds (World Bank) through optimizing a suite of concessional finance instruments for de-risking climate+ investments in low and middle income countries. • Supports the Nature, People, and Climate (NPC) and Forest Investment (FIP) programs, concessional finance mechanisms focused on nature-based solutions (NbS) and land-based emissions reduction.• Works to stand up new Resilience Fund (ARISE) by supporting program design, communication, and capitalization efforts.• Provides strategic and technical program design guidance along with communication products to facilitate funding entities, MDBs, and private sector to make the business case for leveraging the CIF\'s concessional finance products.• Engages with MDBs on project origination to align investment designs with CIF investment & risk framework, Joint MDB Principles for Nature Positive Finance and the Paris Agreement, and MDB Principles for Blended Concessional Finance for Private Sector Projects.
