I am a strategic and results-driven engineering leader within the petroleum industry currently working for Buckeye Partners in the Toledo, OH area. As Manager of the company\'s Tank Integrity Program my primary focus is to oversee the maintenance of Buckeye\'s domestic and global aboveground storage tanks. I oversee program management and project execution activities for the program. My education background is in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and I also hold an MBA degree.    Full accountability for Buckeye’s Tank Integrity program which includes over 3,500 tanks at more than 150 domestic and global terminals and pipeline stations. Oversee all aspects of program strategy, budget management, regulatory compliance, personnel development, and project execution.•Oversee a Tank Integrity department which includes staff Engineers and Project Managers that execute planned API 653 tank out of service inspection and refurbishment projects, including support of emergent issues.•Owner of company Tank Integrity manual, Engineering Standards and Recommended Practices.•Strategized and resolved numerous Federal and State agency Notice of Violations (NOVs).•Led and oversaw multiple high profile root cause failure investigations and subsequent implementation of lessons learned.•Led the development of department initiatives and goal creation while supporting staff on goal achievement.
