   I provide construction management & inspection services for private and public transportation and land improvement projects. My specialized tasks include construction management/inspection of miscellaneous construction elements to document compliance with private, Philadelphia and Penndot specifications. Typical construction elements include asphalt pavements, concrete curbs and sidewalks, brick sidewalks, lighting, landscaping, storm drainage/management facilities, demolition, and erosion & sediment control facilities; review and recommendations of contractor payment applications and change order requests; oversee regular progress/coordination meetings; quantity takeoffs and punchlist preparation; and witnessing materials sampling and testing. I also provide construction consulting services for various building construction/renovation projects. Recent projects include several PennDOT and City of Philadelphia streetscape/bridge/traffic improvement projects, Multi-modal trails construction, several tenant fit-out building renovations, an outpatient medical/dental center, and construction inspections of green stormwater facilities for the Phila. Water Dept.
