ABOUT CARLTON SEARS
As a Pre-Law student and Politics, Philosophy, and Economics major at Rhodes College, I am passionate about interdisciplinary social science and civil activism, and I plan to attend law school after graduation. Through my volunteer work at a women’s prison and my internship at Mid-South Immigration Advocates, I have developed a strong interest in the penal system and immigration law. After law school, I plan to practice immigration law, using my public speaking, relationship-building, legal research, and foreign language skills to build a well-rounded professional network and deepen my understanding of how legal systems can better serve people in need. I am currently seeking a Summer 2026 internship in the legal field.
