Provide individual and group counseling to students (ages 16-24), guiding them in personal development, academic progress, and career readiness.• Conduct intake assessments and develop Personal Career Development Plans (PCDPs) to align student strengths and goals with vocational pathways.• Facilitate career exploration, goal-setting, conflict resolution, and employability workshops to enhance student success.• Track student progress in academics, trades, and behavior using the Career Information System (CIS);maintain accurate case notes and records.• Participate in Career Management Teams (CMTs) to coordinate student interventions and performance reviews with staff.• Refer students to mental health services, community support programs, or internal resources as needed.• Serve as Counselor-on-Duty on a rotational basis to respond to student emergencies and behavior interventions outside regular hours.• Assist with student transition planning into the workforce, military, or postsecondary education.
