I consider myself a TA Junkie. I have a passion for the TA function and the role that it plays in organizations. I believe that a company is only as good as it\'s people and I love being able to contribute to adding amazing people and talent into an organization. In my current role as TA Manager, I get the opportunity to work with an amazing team who bring new talent into Nike on a day to day basis. I enjoy being able to coach and support this team as they deliver amazing results. I also take lots of pride in helping my team grow and develop so that they can pursue their future career plans within the company. I looking forward to continuing my self development in order to grow into next level roles that will allow me to have an impact on the strategy and results of the TA department.My other passion is for Nike and sports. Sports have played such an critical role in my life journey and I know first hand the power that sport has. Sports can change the world and lives. No company has been more instrumental in helping the world see that power than Nike. I\'ve been in love with this company since I got my first pair of Air Jordan 1s back in the day. I\'m so thankful that I have the opportunity to be apart of helping to create the future of sport!
