Over 25 years of civil engineering leadership and expertise in planning, design, and construction administration services for market segments including transportation, civic, commercial, corporate, K-12 schools, and higher education. I prepare proposals and fees and prepare monthly invoicing. I have prepared and reviewed civil engineering design calculations, reports, master plans, improvement plan sets, engineering estimates, specifications, and water quality management plan documentation, and LEED certification and Credit documentation. I interact directly with clients, consultants, agencies, and other team members on almost every project and I have traveled throughout the United States to project sites to assist with design and construction efforts.My CAD/Civil3D efforts include creating alignments, profiles, calculating earthwork volumes, and developing CAD and Civil3D standards, templates, tool palettes, and annotation styles.
