I am dual qualified as a solicitor and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney. I specialise in advising clients on all aspects of Intellectual Property law (i.e. trade marks, copyrights, patents, designs, confidential information, etc.). I deal with both contentious and non-contentious matters. I have particular expertise in trade mark law. Over the years I have cleared, filed, prosecuted, opposed, litigated, assigned, licensed and maintained thousands of trade marks all over the world.As part of my practice, I also advise on, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g. sale/supply, licensing, manufacturing, co-development and distribution agreements). I also conduct some general commercial litigation (e.g. breach of contract claims) and I advise on data protection law.
