A little over 12 years ago, I felt like I was on a sinking ship.I was VP of a $120M division, managing people older than me, and I even leapfrogged my boss and was now managing him. Plus our division was the largest profitability contributor to the almost $1B company! All this to say, I got a lot of visibility from the executive team.The stress caused me to skip the gym, skip quiet time, and miss out on family time. Always working or thinking about work.I was winning at work, but losing at home.Winning on the outside, but losing on the inside.I knew there had to be a better way!So, I hired an executive coach and it changed my life.I started living differently. My priorities changed. I established boundaries. I had better accountability.I pushed through self-limiting beliefs.Plus gained tools to help others around me.I became a better leader at work AND at home.I ended up taking one more corporate move where I was President of Sales for a national contractor. I led the national team of 30 sales people as my coach led me.Purpose over profits.Personal AND professional goals.Time management and schedule control.What happened shocked me!Just as I got better individually, so did most of the sales team!Not only did they get better personally, but our company profitability improved.That\'s when I decided I had to do this for a living. Stories or transformation of renewed purpose at work, losing weight, dating their spouse again, being intentional with their life’s. RISE is for faith-forward men who are committed to winning at work and home. We launched January 1, 2025 and currently have ~95 members, representing ~26 states, across numerous industries. Join us as we have group coaching calls every Monday from 12-1PM EST.
