At Aimpoint Digital, we wear a lot of hats. I\'m no exception to that rule! I work with Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, Dataiku, and a few others. I design and lead implementations and migrations of these and other software. Lately, I\'ve taken an interest in working on larger projects and driving value through end to end architecture and project management. With the end-to-end and fully holistic view I get the opportunity to work within solutions enablement and pre-sales. This can be scoping work, writing RFPs, working on POCs or deciding the end-to-end analytics architecture to support our clients\' goals. Internally, I get to dive into our processes. As a rapidly growing company there is a constant need to adjust as we evolve from tiny and mighty to strong and robust. We are not changing our culture as we grow. But we make sure to do things differently to support our wider team. When not working on process optimization, I help evaluate the software vendors we choose to partner with and work on our GTM strategy for Tableau and our Center of Excellence Product. Whether I\'m working for our existing clients, talking to potential new clients, or supporting our team internally, I really do the same thing. I help people and I solve problems. Every day I do the same thing, but I do it differently everyday. Same same, but different.
