I collaborate closely with internal teams, filmmakers, specialist vendors, and franchise stakeholders to bring creative content to life — ensuring projects are seamlessly delivered, on-brand, and visitor-focused.My role bridges Creativity and Logistics with key responsibilities including- Managing end-to-end project workflows using Monday.com- Coordinating installations with minimal disruption to visitor operations and staff- Producing detailed Risk Assessments- Reviewing RAMS from external partners to uphold safety standards- Completing Permits to Work using Safety Culture- Creating clear, practical SOPs for operational floor staff to support smooth execution- Processing Invoices and Purchase Orders via SAP- Tracking Budgets to maintain cost control and financial accuracy I also support the innovation and ideation of new Features, ensuring the magic of the Studio Tour remains engaging and ever-evolving. With a focus on operational excellence, safety, and storytelling, I help turn behind-the-scenes production into unforgettable moments for fans of the Wizarding World and beyond.
