At Endeavor Miami, I lead ScaleUp by Endeavor, a strategic initiative designed to support Series A-stage founders as they tackle key growth challenges and scale their companies.My role sits at the intersection of portfolio support, program strategy, and founder enablement, working with 20+ high-growth entrepreneurs per year across diverse industries including B2B SaaS, fintech, logistics, and marketplaces.Key areas of focus include- Selection & Strategic Diagnostics: I lead the analytical evaluation and selection of participating companies, assessing traction, team, market dynamics, and scale potential. Post-selection, I help founders identify their most critical roadblocks, from go-to-market to team design, and define clear growth priorities- Portfolio Support & Account Management: Acting as a trusted advisor and operator, I build tailored support plans for each founder, equipping them with the right mix of expert insights, frameworks, and high-value connections—from top-tier mentors and strategic partners to proven operators and domain specialists- Program & Content Leadership: I design and evolve the program structure and content to address the core needs of scaling founders, curating sessions on topics like capital raising, leadership, product strategy, sales, and organizational development. I ensure the curriculum reflects market realities and founder feedback while driving efficiency through continuous optimization- Operational Excellence: I oversee the end-to-end execution of each cohort, from process design and stakeholder communication to group facilitation and mentorship coordination, ensuring a high-impact experience for all involved.
