KG is a leading, independent engineering and consultancy enterprise active in the sectors of energy and infrastructure.As a project engineer, I have gained experience in the following areas:• Feasibility studies related to solven-based post-combustion carbon capture (CC) for power and cement plants in Germany and Latin America. • Technical and economic feasibility assessment of geological CO2 storage (CCS) in the German North Sea including an intermediate carbon dioxide storage hub and the pipeline transportation.• Concept study for the client’s industrial site comprising ammonia (NH3) offloading and storage facilities (terminal), an ammonia cracker plant (reforming), gas purification and hydrogen (H2) compression.• Pre-FEED services for the solar methanol plant utilizing green hydrogen from an electrolyzer and offset CO2 in order to produce renewable marine fuel (RFNBs) in Australia.• Pre-basic and basic engineering for thermal energy production and storage concepts for district heating including combined cycle power plants and heat pumps in Germany.• Utility infrastructure master planning comprising power (solar fields), water (desalination plants), wastewater, solid waste, and telecommunications of the major land and property development initiatives in the Middle East. Geodatabase Management using QGIS/ArcGIS Pro.• Design review of a combined cycle power plant in the Middle East as Owner´s Engineering services.
