To review and lead all School’s academic and administrative related processes to ensure that a high-quality learning experience is provided to students in all existing delivery modes. • To lead efforts to monitor enrollment data for spring/summer 2023, while working with department chairs to schedule 70 percent in-person course offerings to include hybrid options. • To work with the department chairs and faculty to monitor student academic performance and climate for the provision of services to improve retention and graduation rates. • To implement changes after assessing academic and technological resources, improving the learning experience, and substantially increasing student satisfaction. • To engage and work closely with department chairs on early course coverage by identifying adjunct faculty in spring 2023 to hire in summer/fall 2023 for high demand courses. • To lead the process for shepherding the School through programmatic accreditation processes (initial accreditation / reaffirmation) related to the areas of knowledge housed in the School. • To evaluate different strategies to streamline operations and optimize results of current offerings and suggest new courses / programs to be pursued by the rebranded School, particularly in Allied Health. • To Review reports on all grants and special programs funded in the School, and propose new ones that can benefit the School. • To serve as a voice in Academic Affairs (AA), work collaboratively with the Provost and other units across the College, regarding additional areas such as curriculum, student success, and marketing, while evaluating key points of emphasis for the School’s growth and advancement.
