It also addresses issues of project optimization and organizational performance, as well as the challenges of digital transformation for industry and service sector leaders.As an operations consultant my responsabilities are but not limited to guide our customer in the best possible way to achieve their goals, in order to achieve this it is my duty to give advise and propose solutions for management and technical problems, showing initiative and inventive to take the projects to a whole new level.Project management, KPI follow up, Business case development, drumbeating, project methodology management are some of the responsabilities that as a consultant with scalian i am performing in my mission with airbus, not to mention to ensure the cohesion of the entire multicultural working team that include people from France, Spain and Germany.The combination of Project management, consultancy and technical requirements that this new mission has to offer are allowing me to furthering my skills and take my professional carrer to new heights, taking into account the new international enviromment that working as an expat bring to my personal growth.
