With over 20 years of experience in the cellular radio network industry, I am a Senior RAN Optimization Engineer. I have a degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional in Mexico. I specialize in planning, network roll-out, and optimization support for 5G, LTE, WCDMA, and GSM networks, using multi-vendor equipment from Ericsson and Nokia. And lately I’ve been involved in managing the AT & T Digital Twin Drone Program. I have successfully led and coordinated various projects in the USA, Latin America, and the Caribbean, delivering high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Some of my recent achievements include managing the AT & T Digital Twin Drone site audit program, launching and optimizing the AT & T 5G SA & NSA network, and developing in-house tools supporting capacity planning, design, and performance/optimization.I am passionate about RAN optimization and always eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.Specialties: Direct experience with customer requests, consulting, and leading projects.
