Developed back-end code using C#, MVC with DI architecture for components ensuring Experience Editor compatibility and following Helix principles. Also involved coding integration pieces with other systems and APIs- Wrote javascript and jQuery to support certain front-end components on those sites. Also wrote typescript to perform a wide variety of front-end functionality. Other front-end techs include coding HTML, some CSS coding, cookie manipulation and bootstrap front-end mechanisms to assist with rendering and HTML development- Created powershell scripts to manipulate Sitecore items and perform item maintenance using SPE- Worked with a variety of Node.JS and Gulp mechanisms to drive front-end development and testing- Developed components compatible with Coveo/SOLR searching including setting up a crawling mechanism for site mapping- Added pipeline processors to drive URL/item requests including dynamic URL manipulation- Worked with Octopus and Team City to deploy to different environments as needed. Used VSO, GitHub, SourceTree to manage GIT repositories, test builds and managing/submitting pull requests- Worked with Hedgehog for TDS management and deployment mechanism. Used GlassMapper as the OEM to model the different templates used to create items particularly as datasources for components- Performed informational architectural analysis of a site using Sitecore 9.1 to provide feedback on where to make changes to support Sitecore best practices as it relates to content management. Made content updates at their request- Participated in a sales pitch involved using Sitecore SXA as the basis of the site development. Completed two Sitecore on-line training classes on SXA- Recognized for my efforts in the Sitecore community by being selected as a Technology MVP in 2019 and 2020- Maintain a blog site in which I posted 35 blogs in the past 2 years covering a wide variety of Sitecore topics
