Lead the Digital Transformation of SCM in Region Americas and foster a digital mindset within country teams for PH organization• Develop and implement global/regional/local tools, digital roadmap, new demand planning systems and ERP implementations/updates• Review and analyze operative SCM processes and drive harmonization, standardization, and automation by applying digital tools and development of automated solutions such as RPAs, automated data flows, across countries/regions to improve efficiency• Develop change management strategies and roll-out for the to-be business process implementation including training new processes and new technologies and acting as Regional User Acceptance Tester for new tools implemented• Be the Regional Representative for Performance and Project Excellence, including Local and Regional Portfolio Project Management, providing visibility on results achieved across the region, lead SCM operational excellence by ensuring continuous process improvements and promoting innovation via enabling technologies• Product portfolio complexity reduction: Identify and drive portfolio optimization discussions and activities in the region• Identify opportunities in analysis of multidimensional data and predictive analytics cooperating with internal and external partners• Lead regional distribution and transportation projects focused on reducing cost to serve and achieving service levels defined with our customers
