I am currently working as an engineering leader at Guardian Service, a rapidly growing independent insurance agency building a better experience in shopping for insurance.Before my current position, I worked as a product manager at Salesforce, helping to improve the company\'s product portfolio of Big Data services. I also worked as an experienced cloud architect and consultant for 5 years (3 of those at Microsoft), helping enterprise customers confidently and securely run their businesses in Microsoft Azure. I\'ve also briefly served as an adjunct professor at the University of Chicago\'s department of computer science.I graduated with an MBA and an MS in computer science from the University of Chicago. I also hold a BS in mechanical engineering and an MEng in systems engineering from Cornell.I was born in Spain and moved to the U.S. at 14. As an avid soccer fan and player, I have organized significant soccer-related events, and still play as a goalkeeper.
