I build businesses in markets most people skip over.Over the past 15 years, I have started, scaled, and operated companies across media, gastronomy, retail, and technology throughout Latin America and the United States. Some worked. Some did not. Every single one taught me something I could not have learned any other way.Today I run Holic Group, a private holding company headquartered in Miami. Our portfolio includes REM Media and Consulting (a digital media agency with proprietary AI systems), Koychi (Korean street food in Chilean malls), Cowy Burger (Miami), Gangnam Market (Asian retail expanding across Chile), K-Box (karaoke entertainment), and Eva\'s Beauty Brands (Venezuela). We operate in complex markets, build with local teams, and figure it out as we go.Right now, I am making the transition from operator-founder to capital allocator and ecosystem architect.
