I moved to the U.S. from Ecuador at 12 with a dream.30 years later, I help leaders bridge cultural divides and build genuine, lasting relationships with multicultural communities.I’m a proud husband, father, amateur golfer, and CEO of Novle, a multicultural Marketing Agency helping leaders grow their businesses and make an impact.I started Novle because for too long, I’ve seen great companies try to “check a box” when it comes to diversity. But translation alone isn’t connection.
