Construction Project Coordinator - Estimator @Graham

General Responsibilities: 1. Update schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labor material and equipment activities on the project 2. Work with Project Managers/on-site Superintendent to update project schedule and budget to identify potential construction issues 3. Assist with the review and coordination of project-specific safety plan 4. Attend and document project team meetings, action items, and other pertinent project deliverables/decisions 5. Attend all regular meetings, record meeting minutes, and present updates 6.Monitor project change management process, identify change events, submit change notices, track changes and optional changes in project scope, and present to the Project Manager when required 7. Provide timely progress reports to Project Manager 8. Monitor and update schedules with the assistance of the team 9. Assist with drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions and change orders 10. Obtain and provide written documentation for all project clarifications and instructions Projects- The Calgary Soccer Center changing rooms building and dome- Westside recreation centre renovation
