Mentored, coached, and led a team of five (5) Agile Program Managers and Lead Scrum Masters responsible for advising the Data & BI Platform product family and its twelve (12) agile teams responsible for Discover’s Data Ecosystem platform buildout- Mentored three (3) junior Product Owners representing 25% of the Product Family POs, counseling product owners through effective Product Management resulting in a 30% and 15% performance increase on two teams- Instilled a Continuous Improvement perspective by driving experiments at a team level to overcome opportunities. Results include reaching 100% team’s predictability and 75% reduction of carry-forward sprint over sprint- Established transparency within the Product Family by launching JIRA dashboards. Radiators created include Sprint Dashboard; Now, Next, Later Roadmap; Quarterly Team Commitment; Data Quality Dashboard; among others- Partnered with Product Owner Managers and Engineering Managers to establish the Quarterly Operating Model at the Product Family level. Included periodic Intakes sessions, forums for Prioritization, and forums for Reviews- Introduced in a 6 months effort and within all teams two (2) DORA Metrics (Epic Predictability and Delivery Lead Time) and used those metrics during Quarterly Big Room Planning to report on teams’ health.
