I am a senior Asset Protection leader with more than 20 years of experience driving shrink reduction, operational integrity, and risk mitigation across large-scale retail environments. My career has focused on building disciplined, data-driven AP programs that protect people, enable operations, and deliver measurable business impact.Currently, I lead enterprise Asset Protection initiatives that integrate analytics, technology, and centralized monitoring to move organizations from reactive loss prevention to proactive risk management. This includes the deployment of exception-based reporting platforms, standardized compliance programs, and the design and launch of a Global Security Operations Center to support field teams at scale.I partner closely with Store Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership on sensitive integrity matters, program governance, and strategic risk decisions. My leadership approach emphasizes accountability, consistency, and defensibility while remaining grounded in real-world store execution.Equally important, I am passionate about developing future AP leaders.
