I am an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach and have worked with leaders in North and South America as well as Europe and Asia. In my Exit Planning practice, I bring a nuanced approach to guiding business owners exiting their businesses into financial freedom and their best futures. I am a certified Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and I am certified in PI (Predictive Index) a leading-edge Talent Optimization platform. I am also certified in the Hogan Assessment.My background spans top-level executive positions with multi-national corporations to leading a top executive staffing and recruitment business for 13 years. I was also a Board member for an NYSE publicly traded company for 13 years.I graduated from the National University of Mexico’s Industrial Engineering program and hold and an MS and MBA with a concentration in finance from Columbia University in New York. I spent four years as a consultant with McKinsey & Company and 13 years as a C-level Executive with Scott Paper Company. I was President of the global leader in glass manufacturing, Vitro S.A. for 6 years and then served as the CEO and Chairman of Clean Fuels Technology.Over the course of my globe-trotting career, I gained valuable experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, strategic planning, financial oversight, and team building. To my native fluency in English and Spanish, I add conversational competency in French, German, and Italian.I am very active in my community where I support several charitable organizations.
