As a Team Lead at Bloom Institute of Technology, I had the privilege of guiding aspiring software engineers through the full-stack web development program. My role involved supporting students in problem-solving, debugging code, and fostering an open, collaborative environment where everyone felt comfortable sharing their challenges and progress.Before my time at Bloom, I co-founded a marketplace connecting small, independent food vendors in NYC, aimed at creating sustainable, hyper-local food distribution systems. I\'ve also spent over a decade working in fashion, where I had the chance to help style clients like Kanye West and Lady Gaga. Additionally, I taught elementary school science for nearly five years, which was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.Growing up on a farm in rural Mexico, I’ve always been passionate about innovation and community. I’m excited to be working in tech, where I can blend my diverse experiences and continue learning every day.
