I\'m a tech leader who\'s genuinely passionate about transforming how organizations work through technology. After 20+ years in this field, I still get excited about seeing teams innovate and businesses evolve. Right now, I\'m a Program Manager while teaching at Columbia University - two roles that let me directly impact both industry and education.What drives me? It\'s seeing real change happen. At Carnival, I work alongside teams to reshape how we deliver technology services. When I took on Nuveen\'s $30M data center modernization, it wasn\'t just about updating technology - it was about fundamentally changing how cross functional teams collaborate and deliver value. Every project at Humana and Thomson Reuters taught me that successful transformation starts with people, not just systems.Teaching Financial Accounting for Technology at Columbia keeps me grounded and constantly learning. There\'s nothing quite like seeing students grasp complex concepts and apply them to real-world challenges. My PMP certification and Columbia Master\'s in Technology Management give me the tools, but it\'s the daily interactions with teams and students that really make the difference.I serve on the SIM Board and as a Columbia Capstone Defense Panelist because I believe in giving back to our community.
