Built an AI-powered workflow generator that transforms natural language business process descriptions into fully runnable Camunda 7 stacks — producing BPMN workflows, Spring Boot backends, SQL migrations, JPA persistence layers, and React 19 dashboards — reducing new workflow scaffolding from months of requirement gathering and weeks of manual setup to a production ready environment in a matter of minutes. Spearheaded an 8-month greenfield Interest Rate (IR) Hedging application, leading a hybrid team of 7 engineers (FTEs and contractors) to architect and deliver the solution within the existing Treasury structure. Transformed a multi-day manual workflow into an automated system, eliminating 5-8 email/spreadsheet approval steps. Reduced processing time to minutes, capturing $5K-$10K in savings per trade through rapid market response and enabling the TLCM platform to scale its managed portfolio to $1.6B.
