I’m a top-performing Property Manager offering a comprehensive background in overseeing high-profile commercial and residential operations across a broad range of properties. I am adept at directing multi-disciplinary groups while regulating multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring compliance, and cultivating profitable business relationships. In my current role as a Property Services Director for Elite Property Services, I control property operations for Association comprised of nearly 2K homes, 2 lakes, a lagoon/beach, and large community clubhouse with full bar, 4 banquet rooms, 3 pools, spa, gym, pre-school, 8 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, and volleyball court. I preserve $85M in value of property and supervise 30 staff members in various departments on property, including the Assistant property Services Manager, Architectural Coordinators, Customer Service Representatives, Housekeeping staff and Maintenance Workers. Prior to that, I worked as an Orange County Regional Manager for Property Management Professionals, where I oversaw portfolio of 12 communities and daily operations of Orange County regional office and teams, including support staff, portfolio managers, on-site managers, and in-house general counsel. I lead marketing campaigns and initiatives and generated 25% increased revenue and clientele through targeting leads, interviewing, and presenting service offerings to potential clients and acting as interim “onboarding” manager for new on-site management clients. I also supported professional growth and success of less experienced Property and Associate Managers, identified strengthens and weaknesses, provided one-on-one coaching, shadowed meetings, and ensured clients’ expectations were exceeded. I am a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB).
