I am Civil Engineer with a passion for construction, an incredible curiosity to learn every day, and a strong growth mindset. After having experience in most lifecycle phases of a construction project, from bidding to handling a project’s warranty phase, I have found that with technology, an open mind, and a spark, anything can be improved and made interesting. It’s all about digging deep. My academic research work focused on the ever-important topic of construction safety. Specifically, the development of engaging and effective training practices, the implementation of innovative technologies for safety management, and leadership in construction organizations.Nowadays, I focus my attention on technology implementations that will benefit all construction stakeholders by increasing transparency, improving communication, and simplifying processes.
