I’m a simple person that likes to treat everyone in the same way, then I’m always working in big teams motivating people that works around me. On the last 2 years I got a role to develop the entire strategy to change claims in a customer view. Implementing projects that shows different ways to customer how to see insurance, not only when they get problems and make a claim. Insurance market is being changed and customer must to see insurance products in a different way, they must to see other kind of values that aggregate more in a daily basis, this is my biggest target.My background is IT however now I’m looking more to a business view, being strategic and focused on delivery the best solutions and process changes that brings more efficiency to the company.My projects background includes PMI methodology, and now with the start up’s wave, work with agile it’s being a challenge delivering much more in small period of time however exciting that all projects get your value more quickly showing to all business their importance.
