Professional specialized in IT infrastructure, Network administration and IT security. Advanced knowledge of operating systems and hardware. My credentials include finishing a M.S. in Information Security from Nova Southeastern University, as well as a B.S. in Information Technology with a concentration in Telecommunications from Barry University. Likewise, I have over 11 years of experience in the Information Technology/Security field, and a total of 20 years plus with AT & T, thus having had the opportunity of working in a variety of positions, giving me a global perspective of the inner workings of the telecommunications field. I have first hand experience in the methodology used by the network support team in identifying and solving network troubles, I’m also very familiar with network security technology in use by enterprise systems, and a consultant in PCI Compliance in a trusted advisor role. Finally I would like to point out that I’m a highly motivated professional and a quick learner with a passion for technology.

Responsible for financial success in establishing pricing and margin strategy. Post Sales Ultimately responsible for shaping customer experience and ensuring project success criteria are met. Selects delivery staff and leads engagements, ensuring M & Ps are followed and quality standards are met. 3rd-party supplier oversight and management (when applicable). Revenue recognition and billing operations - ensures accurate and timely invoicing.
