    Following reinvent bp, I was appointed the Global Discipline Lead for Quality Engineering - with responsibilities to establish and execute the quality strategy for Agility (Flow to Work), Gas and Low Carbon Energy and to manage quality for the Oman Region (projects, operations, and wells)- Assisted in the creation of the centralize Quality Engineering Discipline / Organization as a result of reinvent bp- Designed, developed, socialized, and executed our quality strategy for bp’s gas and low carbon energy business (wind energy, biofuels, hydrogen energy) in support of bp’s net zero ambitions- Join, build and/or maintain relationships with industry groups to develop and or improve standards for product design and process development methodologies (wind and hydrogen energy)- Lead quality verification activities for joint venture, OBO and other strategic initiatives in support of bp’s strategy - Assist in the creation and communication of an overall vision for quality within bp – setting goals, recommending organizational changes to achieve these goals, and growing a culture for quality with the intent of improving business performance- Successfully achieved ISO 90••••15 Quality Management System Certification for newly created bp Low Carbon energy business to allow a more customer focus approach and structured way of thinking- Established and socialized new quality engineering skills for all employees to meet the needs of bp’s strategy – collaborated closely with innovation and engineering and other groups to align these skills and worked with learning and development to secure skills training- Active member of the quality discipline leadership team where decisions are made on strategy, resource allocation, budget, goals, and objectives- Manage eight engineers who are deployed into various units and squads across bp (EV charging, biofuels, hydrocarbon production, wells, wind, etc.).
