Carlos Telles joins CBRE as an associate broker in CBRE’s McAllen office specializing in industrial properties in the Rio Grande Valley and Northeast Mexico. Since joining CBRE Carlos has represented clients in industrial, call center, office, and land transactions.Previously, Carlos worked with Citius Capital Real Estate, based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, where he covered the Reynosa and Matamoros markets and managed a leasing portfolio of approximately square feet. Carlos also spent time with the McAllen Economic Development Corporation as the Marketing Director and Best/White Real Estate Brokerage in McAllen, Texas.Carlos is a native of the McAllen/Reynosa region, is fluent in Spanish and is well versed in the vibrant, bicultural region along the South Texas/Mexico border.
