Study and recommend to the team director principles, methods, techniques and policies designed to develop and guide mission work in the assigned area. Work with associations to develop mission strategies to reach and congregationalize Hispanics and Language groups.2. Serve as the Hispanic and Language Resource Specialist for associational strategy development and evaluation. Develop and implement program design, field servicing, goals and action plans related to assigned church planting area.4. Develop, recommend and manage a budget in support of approved goals5. Consult with Associations to recruit sponsoring Churches and start new works.6. Recruit, train, and contract workers, approved workers, and volunteers with reference to time, talent, training, schedules, work and assignments.7. Facilitate church planter networks and ethnic fellowships in support of church planting and mission development.8. Plan and conduct training events for associations, churches and Church Planters in the work of the Missions and Ministries Team with primary attention given to Church Planting. Assist in leading Louisianan Baptists to an increasing awareness of mission needs and promote the Cooperative Program, Georgia Barnette State Missions Offering, Annie Armstrong Missions Offering, and Lottie Moon Christmas Offering as the primary cooperative support channels of the Southern Baptist Convention cooperative missions.10. Keep abreast of current Southern Baptist Convention developments in assigned programs of mission work in general.11. Help other strategists recruit and train volunteers for the Barnabus Teams to assist in missions.12. Assist in other responsibilities as assigned by the Team Director.
