Address any and all technical endeavors and issues related to the Growth Team’s daily operations and customer fleets- Address customer technical issues on Hologram’s network of cellular networks- Advise and optimize customer deployments with Hologram’s suite of technical solutions and features and existing products and protocols- Attentively manage the technical on the call line and coordinate Service Requests, Incidents, and Problems with the Engineering, Product, and Sales teams- Work on automation of monitoring tasks and executing creative dashboarding- Be responsible for effective monitoring, provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Hologram’s software and hardware tools in the customer’s fleet- Create internal educational collateral (Presentations, Videos, One-Page explanations) on complex technical topics such as eUICC and IoT specific Radio Access Technologies like Cat-M1 and NB-IoT to educate the company and keep the growth team at the forefront of developments in Cellular IoT- Champion improvements into the product based on ease of troubleshooting, monitoring, assurance, etc- Develop tools, scripts, or processes to scale and optimize work at Hologram- Technical lead of our Customer Solutions engineering team and Level 3 Expert escalation support for cellular networks and IoT- Responsible of new team member onboarding and ramp up- Being the dedicated resource for Holograms top customers regarding all of their technical needs.
