Manage, assess and support Leaders to improve and monitor internal controls in the whole Americas region (NA & LATAM). Partner with the stakeholders to execute policies and procedures, recommend best practices and implement key controls to mitigate operational, financial, strategic and compliance risks. Lead and manage the Enterprise Risk Management process and the internal control framework to be in alignment with the Corporate methodology, creating the risk maps, identifying new risks and monitoring controls across the Americas region.
