   Responsible for supply-side workforce and order fulfillment activities including sourcing, planning, inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, engineering, quality and facility management for temperature and pressure measurement instrumentation across four legacy business acquisitions. Lead a large, complex, and diverse manufacturing operation focused on both standard and custom engineered products. Contribute to annual corporate strategic planning, with specific responsibility to drive sales revenue and profitability by managing order execution and site P&L. Active DEI Leader-Lead annual corporate strategic objective focused on site profitability improvement that achieved 100% incremental EBITA improvement from 2020 to 2024 with cost savings and cost avoidance initiatives, along with 17% revenue growth over same period-Improve On-Time Delivery (OTD) from 50% to 90% to achieve a respectable level of consistent and reliable order fulfillment through a variety of improvement efforts, including ERP data clean-up, process alignment, org restructure, accountability, etc-Execute Value-Stream-Team organizational orientation in order to improve communication, minimize hand-offs, and drive order fulfilment ownership and reliability-Implement Lean U-Cells for 3 product families with roughly 2x or more throughput capability for each cell-Found and Chair corporate DEI Council to identify opportunities that establish and foster equitable treatment, inclusive hiring and promotion habits and environments, and acknowledgment and celebration of a diverse workforce.As a family-run business acting globally, with over highly qualified employees, the WIKA group of companies is a worldwide leader in pressure and temperature measurement.
