My responsibilities are to make the apartments ready for rental. For example, fix all appliances in apartments and prepare for new residents by redoing all caulking in bathrooms, checking for leaks in all sinks, assuring that toilets are in working order, and painting of apartments. In addition, I make certain that HVAC units are in working order for a/c and heat. I also record all pressure readings for the boiler, heat exchange, Vari-Vac machine and the make up tank including the oil tank and domestic water. Residents\' requests for service is met on a day to day basis
