Mr. Passi is the former Vice President, Finance, Global Sales and Distribution responsible for IBM’s financial operations, strategies, management, and controls across the North America, Europe, Japan, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Greater China Group, and Middle East / Africa geographies.Prior to this current role, Mr. Passi was Assistant Controller, Business Transformation responsible for IBM’s Financial Processes and Systems, Finance talent development, and the governance of IBM’s Financial Centers of Excellence.
