   Led and trained a team of engineers that planned and coordinated managed major, minor, and hotfix releases of Veeva’s Salesforce CRM, Vault CRM, Data Warehouse, and Align products. The team managed hundreds of releases and hotfixes, with some products releasing on a weekly basis and in various phases.• Partnered with Engineering teams to prepare for special deployment needs. Gathered requirements and reviewed with DevOps and TechOps to ensure smooth implementation of features and services.• Directed release preparation and deployment activities, including the builds of various mobile apps, upgrades to thousands of customer Salesforce environments, builds of release upgrade packages, deployments to the Apple AppStore and Google Play Store, running of smoke tests, and communication with customers and stakeholders.• Guided product managers and engineering teams on deployment best practices for customer Salesforce environments and Veeva servers. Worked with engineering and QA teams to determine release needs and prepared special deployment packages to support testing of new features during the development lifecycle and during production releases.• Liaised with customer support and site reliability teams to triage and solve customer issues.
