The Public Finance team of Trimont serves the bond finance industry by acting as the Bondholder Representative, Consultant, and Servicer on taxable and tax-exempt bond issues for military housing under the Military Housing Privatization Initiative program for all major arms of the military (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force) totaling over $5 billion and on other bond issues as well. The Public Finance team is also experienced in multi-family affordable housing deals.Specialties: Work with Trustees, Issuers and Bondholders on a daily basis to ensure the operations and construction scope objectives of the project are met.Trimont is a global commercial real estate services provider specializing in the asset management of complex performing and non-performing credit on behalf of commercial real estate lenders and investors around the world.
