About Carlos Martinez
Manage and support multiple (over 20) systems that fall under the heathcare industry. Analyze and identify the best practices regarding the use of clinical information systems to promote the best care possible. Collaborate with departments and team in the evaluation, planning, design development, testing, training and implementation of the clinical software systems, as well as, maintain the hardware, to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency. I work closely with the departments, vendors and co-workers to identity and solve problems and ensure the optimum operation of all related systems. My most notable work to date, is the full implementation and administrative management of the Power scribe 360 dictation system. As well as 1 of 4 members of the PACS Tier II Team at Jackson Memorial hospital. Project Management experience included through project implementation, as well as Team Lead and Managing experience.
