ABOUT CARLOS LEDESMA PEREÑA

Executive. More than 14 years of professional experience in the Renewable Energy industry. A transformational leader for change management and organizational development, experienced in business regionalization challenges since the initial start-up. Solid experience leading the Projects business unit in Latam and North America, with a large portfolio under my responsibility. Used to respond for P&L and lead all the operation involved along the value chain, acquiring a deep and at the same time transversal perspective of project management in the sector, with focus on customer management, continuous improvement and resolution of critical situations for the business. Strategic mindset with a technical point of view for decision making.Currently at Nordex, we have been able to restructure and build a new agile, efficient and high performance team, as well as implement best practices, making the operation predictable and reliable. Based on these advances, we have achieved a successful development and stabilization on the business in the region, opening new countries and stregthening our presence in others, in order to position the Nordex brand as a key player in the Latin American market.
