About Carlos Irisarri

I am a Community Programs Manager at All In Energy, a nonprofit organization that aims to accelerate the clean energy transition in underserved communities. I have a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Tufts University, where I graduated cum laude, and a MALD (graduate degree) in Climate, Energy, and Development at The Fletcher School at Tufts University. In my current role, I oversee, implement, and evaluate community engagement and government programs (specifically within MassSave) that promote energy efficiency, renewable energy, and environmental justice. I work with diverse stakeholders, such as local leaders, utility companies, and low-income residents, to identify their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and to develop tailored solutions that fit their contexts. I also leverage my language skills in French, Spanish, and English to communicate effectively and inclusively with different audiences. I am passionate about creating impactful, sustainable and inclusive change in the energy sector, and I am motivated by the mission and vision of All In Energy. In the future, I hope to be further involved in development work in the energy sector outside of the United States for emerging economies.
