Coopervision is one of the world\'s leading manufacturer of contact lenses.Assistance in FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ in a strongly regulated environment, as a member of the Global Innovations Technological Group.Current project: MyDay HV UK IT Remediation: Hand to hand collaboration with IT department to upgrade current implementation with special focus on supervisory layer due to obsolescense in some components. The main challenges are: deployment planning in order to minimize downtime, make the changes as transparent as possible to end user in order to ease the transition into the new configuration.Project: HV100 contact lenses production line, with main tasks being- Validation: FAT, SAT, SOQ- Supervisory layer implementation using Rockwell platform- Network infrastructure commissioning- SCADA desing and implementation- Process Automation checks and improvements.
