Over 20 years specialist recruitment experience gained within a wide range of industries including the Furniture, Upholstery, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Financial Services, Sales & Marketing and Insolvency sectors.In July 2015 I decided to set up my own recruitment business after spending 4 years working as the Internal Recruitment Manager for a large group of finance companies in Manchester. It was during this period that I worked with many North West based recruitment agencies. Although I had many pleasant experiences, I found many agencies failed to deliver an honest and transparent service to both candidate and client and often didn’t have the industry knowledge they originally claimed to have. I would often find that assignments were highly over-priced compared to the work involved in finding a suitable candidate and often had to deal with disputes over candidate ownership.I now want to change that with The Talent Branch, by offering my business partners honest transparent recruitment solutions delivered in a professional, friendly and affordable way. By working closely with my clients, I aim to build mutually beneficial relationships that withstand the test of time and in doing so, help connect top talent and highly skilled workers with reputable, growing and innovative businesses across the UK.
