I contribute to system optimization, documentation, access provisioning, and issue resolution.Key Responsibilities-Deliver Epic Ambulatory and healthcare technology training to physicians, nurses, and staff-Support new application rollouts, upgrades, and workflow redesigns-Translate clinical needs into technical support and training solutions-Create and maintain eLearning modules, tip sheets, and quick guides-Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot access, permissions, and system errors-Promote data security, HIPAA compliance, and best practices in system usage-Provide Tier 1/2 support for Epic-related application issues-Participate in cross-functional IT projects impacting clinical operations.
